Q: How can we fix the humidifier if it doesn't work properly or produces little steam?

1: The filter (or cotton swab) is not completely soaked. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend fully soaking the filter stick before inserting it into the humidifier and turning it on.

2: Check if the spring is still beneath the filter. If the spring is missing, the cotton swab will not effectively absorb water, resulting in no mist even when the button is pressed.

3: Avoid adding essential oils or other water treatment chemicals to the humidifier. Adding essential oils to the water tank may affect the humidifier's spraying ability.

4: The filter (or cotton swab) has been used for too long. Over time, the cotton swab may become dirty and hard. We recommend changing the cotton swab every 1 to 3 months, depending on usage frequency and water type.

5: If the USB cable is broken, please replace it or get a new mini humidifier.

6: If the humidifier is broken or experiencing uncertain problems, please contact the brand for a replacement as soon as possible.

Reminder: Do not operate the humidifier without water as it may overheat, damage the humidifier, and shorten its lifespan.

How to Use It?

A Humidifier Can Be Refilled in Seconds: Gently unscrew the humidifier in a clockwise direction to fill it with water.
